Video Marketing AZ ("VMAZ," "we," "us," or "our") is a contractor marketing brand operated by GD Graphix LLC. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of videomarketingaz.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our Services and Client Agreements
The Site describes our marketing services, packages, and process for general information. It is not an offer or a contract. Any work we perform for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Package descriptions, scopes, and availability may change without notice. A Growth Review is a free consultation and does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either party.

Governing Law
